Dec 8, 2008 - i realize this is an ex-conrail unit and all, but i wouldnt be at all suprised if this is actually a new RS3L, the way it sounds so perfect. CSX has been ordering those and RS5Ts lately due to all the thefts of K5LAs from people who want train horns on their cars.
