I ran to my door and walked in. I took in a deep breath as the scent of the ocean hit me. I sighed and walked up to my room to throw my stuff in. Tomorrow was Friday, and I couldn't wait. Maybe now that I knew Joe Jonas he could introduce me to some people. I turned up the volume of the radio, when I heard the Jonas Brothers song 'Video Girl'.Then I thought back to my friend Danielle, who was way back in New Jersey. I smiled to myself, she was coming out to visit for the entire summer in a few short weeks. I glanced at the clock. Four O'clock. I could go tan on the beach for awhile. I grabbed my Guess bathing suit and changed into it. I walked down to the beach and saw a good spot, right by the ocean. I went and layed my long beach towel, then layed on it. Suddenly I remembered that I needed to put sun-screen on myself. I had finished my stomache, fronts of my legs, and chest when I started to attempt to try and put it on my back. I heard a guy laugh, and step through the sand. "Need help with that Laya?" Iheard him ask. I swung around and smiled when I saw it was Joe. "Umm sure? Thanks.." I murmured. I swung my hair over my shoulder so it would rest on my chest. Whenhe touched my back I shuddered self conciously. "Are you sure your okay with this?" He asked uncomfortably. "Yeah I'm fine, just I'm really shy. Sorry if I'm making you uncomfortable." I replied. "No its fine. I'm used to it." Joe said calmly and finished spreading the sun-screen. "Mind if I join you?" He asked me, while sitting down beside me."No its fine, as long as you promise to sit beside me on the bus tomorrow." I said smiling at him. He looked down slightly shy. "I'm leaving tomorrow, to go on tour... I'm sorry.." He said standing up and walking away. I stood up and ran after him. "No, its fine.. Want to go swimming with me?" I asked. He turned around smiling and grabbed my hand, then started running to the ocean. Later that night, after laying on the beach for awhile Joe had invited me over to his house for a bon-fire. We we're smiling and laughing in my house for awhile while I got readyto go over to his house. Bren was over at his friends for the night, because nobody had school tomorrow, and of course my mom was out getting laid. We made our way overto the Jonas'. As soon as we got there, we were greeted by all his brothers. Joe walked over to a girl with long curly blonde hair. He leaned over and kissed her, on the lips. Iheard her giggle and saw her wrap her arms around him. I rolled my eyes knowing that it was Maddy, a popular girl at school. I turned to smile at Nick and Kevin, they couldtell that I was jealous by my face. Yet I just didn't care, I should be I just spent my entire evening with him. I faked a yawn when Joe came back. "Wow I'm tired. I'de better go home.. I guess this is goodbye, hope you have a good time on your tour. Maybe you'll see me but probably not.. Bye." I said and stormed off.
