With temperatures dipping into the teens, firefighters battled a 3 alarm fire in a 3 sty apartment house on Carrington Ave, Nov 21. The call came in shortly after 11:30pm and after about an hour if interior firefighting, companies had to be ordered out of the building due to unsafe conditions.Watch full video in my Volume 19:http://www.providencefirevideos.com
