....other stuff. Please read this b/c I'm not answering something I've already answered.Jamaican Black Castor Oil is great for growth. It's THICK like syrup (and about the same color). How quickly you experience growth depends on a # of things and it's no way for me to predict that for you. You can also use it on dry skin (I like mixing it with my lotion) and if you can't shit, take maybe 1/2 teaspoon of it. Guarantee you'll go. I don't 'care' if folks can smell it on ME but for those of you who might be a little self conscious about it, go light. Either or, a little goes a long way. I "personally" use it about every other day when I do NOT have extensions. WITH extensions (and eventual sleeping), it makes the hair too greasy, thus taking away the 'look' of the weave. I did NOT use the Sulu Growth aid so I know nothing about it. My motto is if it ain't broke, DON'T FIX IT! MTG worked for me so I was not interested in switching. Even if you don't have one, I would use a little bit of it b/c hair needs moisture in hot and cold months (basically year round). It is the consistency of maybe cooking oil but a little thinner. *SECRET* I love to mix the Bio-Oil with the Jamaican Black Castor Oil (very small amount) at night. I wake up with a really 'fresh' look on my face. In about one (1) week, I noticed a difference in my face. I do NOT know how it will work for clearing ACNE BUT if you have SCARRING from it (or scars anywhere for that matter), it works...better than Mederma! But I like it cause it give my hair a natural shiny look without making my hair hard and crunchy like "main stream" mousse (that sounded like a commercial didnt lol :)

Oct 10, 2008 - I apply it to the scalp. Right now, I'm not really using it anywhere but on my face. I leave it on as a treatment at night for my face. But I suggest parting your hair into fours (down the middle and then across) and only putting it in those parts...massage and keep it moving.
