Dec 2, 2008 - FYI- never comb your hair when you have hard product in it. No matter how gentle you try to be you will have breakage. Always rinse thoroughly then proceed with your detangle and treatments/pre-poo. Luv your vids :-)

Dec 19, 2008 - Great video how to apply pre-shampoo conditioner. I am currently trying to improve my hair regiment. This technique of yours is a keeper.

Jan 4, 2009 - Hey there G, I'll tell you why I do it. I find for me, that it helps with additional moisturizing to my hair. Natural hair is PLENTY of work. Once you find your own groove and love of how to take care of it, your hair becomes a work of art. I tried co-washes. NOPE not for me, I found for me, it left my hair dryer. Now I used to do just hot oil treatments, but hate the dryer. My alternative has been to oil the saturate my hair with conditioner, sleep on it and done. It helps me with dryness.

Jan 4, 2009 - One more thing. Tried the Suave, and other REALLY inexpensive conditioners. DON't work for me. I have found that Creme-of-Nature's conditioner, work great for my pre-poo treatments, but not for my actual shampooing. Let me know if this helps.
